Paul Mengert is the founder and CEO of Association Management Group (AMG). Headquartered in Mengert’s Greensboro hometown, AMG has a significant presence in Charlotte and throughout North and South Carolina. In addition to developing an intensive internal training program for his AMG team, Mengert has also been on the national senior faculty of the national Community Association Institute (CAI), and subsequently served as the President of the Carolina’s Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Mengert also is actively involved in the community. He volunteers a significant amount of his personal time in addition to making monetary donations to a number of local, national and international charitable organizations, and serves on the boards of local businesses and organizations. A licensed commercial pilot, Mengert shares his business expertise and knowledge as a pilot through his role as Chairman of the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority Board of Directors. Named as chairman in April 2020, Mengert previously served as the Treasure of Airport Authority Board, and has been a member since 2012.
