Basically, Paul Mengert's AMG (Association Management Group) teaches homeowners associations and their personnel how to be more effective and responsive to the homeowners they represent. That makes them very important. However, the company also is very active in making the surrounding community of Greensboro, North Carolina much better by getting involved in activities designed to help those who live in the community, like a very successful food drive for the Greensboro Urban Ministry.
It's not just about charity, of course. Under the leadership of Paul Mengert, AMG brings a lot of economic clout into the Greensboro area. Paul is also very active in Harvard Business School's Alumni Association. In recent years, more than fifty local companies have sent their executives to the HBS Management Development Program, including such heavy hitters as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Duke Energy, Microsoft, Pfizer, and even AMG. He is happy to participate in this program because he likes to learn whatever he can to make him a better executive. Comments are closed.
